Most of our jobs take between a day and three weeks. Every job is different, so your written quote gives the expected timescale for yours and we agree the start date with you. If we find a hidden problem once work starts, such as old pipework or rotten timber, we stop, show you, and agree any extra time and cost before carrying on.

We give a fixed written quote after a free visit. For small jobs we can often quote from photos. A list of small jobs is priced as a half or full day.

Yes. The visit is free, and you get a fixed written quote that lists every item, with a start date and an expected timescale.

No. Asking for a quote doesn't create a contract. The work only goes ahead once you accept our written quote.

It depends on how the house is built and where it loses heat. We look at the loft, walls and floors on the free visit and recommend what suits it.

All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers and all electrical work by Part P compliant electricians, coordinated by us.
